Yes. All jewelry items have 1 year warranty on manufacturing defects. Incase you have lost / missing stones , you will have to pay for the stones and we will conduct the repair at no cost.
Normally we don't provide support during weekends, except for urgent cases. In these cases, you only need to mark “Urgent” in your email, we will get back to you ASAP.
